"Specifically," Zelensky said, "we are almost ready to buy more Javelins (missiles) from the United States."

Mr. Trump responds, "I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike ... I guess you have one of your wealthy people... The server, they say Ukraine has it."

"There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that. So whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it...It sounds horrible to me."

Trump’s own fucking words. You can cut and paste all the bullshit you want NoNuts, but it’s there in black and white. Simple shit.

No. We have trump’s own released account of the conversation.

Stop talking shit no nuts. Trump help up the aid then asked for a favor to help hi. In the 2020 election.

There’s no fucking conjecture there. It is in trump’s own words - clear as fucking day.

You are just too much of an arse-licking coward to admit it.

"Trying to muddy the water"

Ffs, you have done nothing but use conjecture, hearsay and guessing. Muddy the water? Wheres your proof?

Trump has released 2 calls, he has a right to look into corruption

You want us to believe that Joe Biden is above the law because he is running for president you idiot.

If Biden wasn't corrupt this would not have happened, tbe problem here is Bidens, not Trump you massive fist.

Having said that look at the collection of right wing twats this is suddenly getting. It’s like a full house of bullshit.

You can see them working through the bullshit talking points one by one.

Reality is that this is a clear case of soliciting a bribe.

Bribery is a specific justification for impeachment and conviction in the constitutions.

It’s a simple fucking case and all this bullshit is just trying to muddy the waters.

rios, I asked you before to see the video and you couldn’t find it. If you can’t find it and I can’t find any evidence of it, I doubt that it’s as damning as you remember.

Considering that Republicans aren’t screaming from the rooftops about this supposedly damning evidence, I suspect that your interpretation is wishful thinking on your part.

Indeed, as James Howard Kunstler pointed out so eloquently earlier today:

Democrats are pouring it on this week ahead of a post-Thanksgiving cold water deluge of bad news that will detail charges against the progenitors of RussiaGate. The roll-call may be a long one, including many actors whose turpitudes have been publicly and richly documented for many months - Messers, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Strzok, Halper, Ms. Page, et. al - and, if real justice is on order, not a few figures lurking in the Deep State deep background — John Carlin, Bill Priestap, Dana Boente, Michael Gaeta, Sally Yates, Loretta Lynch, Susan Rice, Samantha Power, and perhaps even the archangel Barack Obama, just in time for Christmas, too. Robert Mueller and Andrew Weissmann deserve to be included for what amounted to a blatant, arrantly mendacious malicious prosecution, knowing that they had no caseand proceeding anyway for two whole years.
I hope the roundup will extend to the very latest ploys leading to RussiaGate’s successor subterfuge, UkraineGate, namely the exploits of “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella, his handlers and enablers in Mr. Schiff’s office, and the actions of his accomplice, Michael Atkinson, the current Intelligence Community Inspector General, with obvious conflicts of interests as a major player in the previous RuissiaGate dodge — he was legal counsel to Assistant Attorney General John Carlin, who headed the Department of Justice’s National Security Division at the birth of the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” gambit, and before that he was Robert Mueller’s chief of staff at the FBI.

But, hoping for all those names above to face some perp walks may well be wishful thinking, but for now, we are sure they will be sweating.

As Townhall reports, investigations for the report have been concluded since September and have been reviewed by DOJ for classified information; and today, we get a step closer to finding out as Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham released a statement confirming the dates for Horowitz's testimony.
I appreciate all the hard work by Mr. Horowitz and his team regarding the Carter Page FISA warrant application and the counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign," Graham said.

Mr. Horowitz will be appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on December 11, where he will deliver a detailed report of what he found regarding his investigation, along with recommendations as to how to make our judicial and investigative systems better."

Graham concluded...
I look forward to hearing from him. He is a good man that has served our nation well."
As do many others.
The timing of Horowitz' testimony indicates a release for the highly anticipated report during the first week of December - which makes sense given this week's impeachment circus will suck all the oxygen out of the room and next week is Thanksgiving.

The Horowitz Report Is Coming, The Horowitz Report Is Coming' - Lindsay Graham Signals Early Dec. Release

For over a year, Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz has been 'investigating the investigators' - as has become the common parlance - and the last few months have seen growing angst among those on the left about what (and who) his report on FISA abuse and the origins of the Russia investigation may include.

rios the evidence of Biden withholding money is available everywhere (you tube etc) it was in line with the whole of the West seeking to get a corrupt prosecutor sacked, which eventually happened. All the other stuff has been debunked and even the Republicans appear to have given up on this one and moved on to attacking witnesses and process in the impeachment hearings.
Trump is more than within his rights to seek evidence concerning Biden and his son, Barr at this moment is trying to get some evidence and hasn't turned up anything as yet

Put that aside for a minute (the polls).

My personal opinion (for what its worth) is that Biden is unelectable. Have you seen the video of him admitting to threatening to withold money form the ukrainian govt unless they sack their appointed prosecutor?

Forget your political position, ask why Biden's son was employed by Burisma and paid 50k per month after being sacked for doing drugs.

Just think about how the republicans can play this back to the american people.

Re: Fusion GPS testimony on Trump released
Why would Democrats be desperate? They’re winning election after election in the Republican heartland., even after Trump campaigns for the Republican and tried to make it a referendum on him.

Biden is on average 10 points ahead of Trump, which is more than Obama won by when the world economy was crashing.

This whole Ukraine scandal is rooted in the fact that Trump is terrified of Biden.

I agree with most of your post too.

My only exception is the question of whether Trump is suitable for president. He's not a politician, he's a celebrity businessman. He doesn't talk like a politician, so this is where you must separate the signal from the noise.

Ignore what he says and focus on what he does. His enemies should focus on this, and so should his supporters. Its both his biggest strength and biggest weakness.

The democrats are useless, they don't believe they can beat him in an election, but I believe he is completely beatable with the correct candidate.

Completely agree.
The whole impeachment thing is nothing more than partisan points scoring exercise on both sides. Trump is not fit to be president and the democrats are misusing the process in desperation.

Here we are fucked. The only party leader who is not in it for him or herself is Corbyn and he is a terrible leader, totally unsuited to being PM, borderline delusional and has some stonkingly awful policies.

I give up.

Because this has nothing to do with corruption. I would welcome a genuine investigation into corruption into politics in most countries, because our political elites have completely lost their moral compass.

It happened around the time they completely lost their sense of why they exist, who gives them power and how do they deliver for the population in general, rather than themselves and the global elite.

Rios,

The inconvenient truth right there. This whole impeachment inquiry was born from Bidens corruption.

A President has the right to investigate corruption, in fact it is his duty too. To try and Impeaxh him on this is folly. Nobody buys it, it's just another hail Mary from the Dems.
Every accusation is becoming more and more desperate. Anyone that believes this inquiry is legit is a fucking moron.
