I've killed all the brain cells which hurt during a hangover.

It's only my guts that I have to worry about. Milk calms them down

Banana milkshake

Something with a lot of carbs that's easy to scoff down, pasta and pesto covered in cheese usually

More banana milkshake

A cold shower

If possible, a quick run

Not Always in that order

I don't have a scooby what 'hangover food' is. If I have a hangover I don't feel like eating anything.

Re: Favourite hangover food
ok not exactly food but the only thng that works for me is lots of freshly blended tomatoes (ripe to over ripe)........

The downside is you have to add more vodka, some lemon juice , tabasco, black pepper, chill it and add a slice of lemon and a celery stick to make it look healthy.

But works a treat everytime

Re: Favourite hangover food
A small line,a couple of well made gentleman sized bloody Mary's,two pints of Aspalls cider,a roast beef lunch(Sunday's in my case is the only day I get one)a bottle of red,and an early night.
Brand spanking new on a Monday morning ready to take on the world.
Fry ups and fizzy drinks??
Do me a favour.

Re: Favourite hangover food
To avoid hangovers,

Don't sleep too long. You dehydrate whilst asleep, therefore headache etc.

Saying that, favourite hangover food, fresh chips from chip shop, plus fizzy drink. Then beer. FACT. swt

Re: Favourite hangover food
Only ever had two - the day after my 18th when I had two large fries from Burger King (which soon came back up and into the toilet at my wonderful Saturday job) and after a three night stag do a couple of years ago in Spain. I shook for two days and my favourite food was water and more shaking.
