Watford at home.
The West Ham UNITED support seems to be really rallying together lately, I think we need to start using this as a positive and really get behind behind the players.

It’s not there fault they’ve been signed so let’s give it a good go. Get the win and we can relax and have a nice Sunday.

Reckon we need 11 points from the next 12 games to be safe.

Keep our goal difference reasonably

Sir Alf - FFS, just bore off will you.
I'd sooner stick pins in my eyes than read your posts.

Re: Watford at home.
Agree that during the game it will help Watford but a few flags will no doubt be visible. I guess if we start losing it might kick off and having watched Watford impressively press Chelsea , a quicker team than us, into mistakes all over the park and generally out run them, I fear the worst. Mostly because the injuries have disrupted the little bit of resilience we had built. Losing Obiang and Arthur on top of Lanzini and Arnie has materially upped the risk of us falling through the trap door IMO. Ok I am Mr Ultra Negative and hopefully Lanzini is back soon and Evra or Cresswell or whoever can cover for Arthur who was not spectacular but had pace and ability to hang onto it as an outlet.

I still cannot believe we did not actually get a replacement for Obiang. We were already short in the central midfield and we only have Noble and Kouyate who have played there regularly and the latter has hardly been outstanding in the role.

The weakness of the squad about to be cruelly exposed again I reckon. Happy to be cvnted off if wrong of course :-)

What is it going to achieve by giving the board s load of stock all game? It's not like they are going to suddenly decide to sell the club if we abuse them at the Watford home game

Re: Watford at home.
Alas all points to a defeat.

Injuries.... to key players
No cover for central midfield with players out of position "doing a job"
A resurgent Watford side brimming with confidence
A Watford side that presses high and has pace to close teams esp slow ones down
A West Ham side with a backdrop of unrest and negativity that is coming off a 2 game defeat run where we were simply awful

Can only see one outcome but hope for another "Post MOTM" scenario.

Re: Watford at home.
I was at the Brighton game, and at the end one or two players didn't come over. There'd been lots of chanting aimed at the board throughout, and that's hardly supportive towards he players.

How about supporting the players, and moaning at the board when the game's not being played?

I'm with you on this mate but you can understand why people are totally disillusioned with the owners.
If we can a win tomorrow we could be 7 or 8 points from safety.

I sit in the west-stand, I might make my way over to where the shysters sit and shout obscene abuse for 90 minutes.

May even rally some stiffs
