Russia is a very different place to the uk. Been there with work several times and England twice. The official guidance in relation to the police was to avoid them at all times!

I suspect they'll be told to exercise restraint until at least the group stages are over (and most of the available money has been extracted from the fans).

They'll know then that the "Well, we've got this far, and bought our tickets," mentality of the fans will kick in, and they can then kick out as much as they like, knowing full well that the fans will just hang around in the same manner as Wildebeest hang around watching a pride of lions feast on a former herd member.

I recently saw a British reporter asking Russians what they thought of Putin it might shock you that Putin has a 100% "He is the greatest rating". If Russians are ever allowed to think for themselves they might develop some sort of character.
Russians are very Intelligent people they have just never been allowed to live and therefore the Ruskie football Hooligan acts like a rabid animal a bit like us lot back in the early seventies.

R.I.P to the cop, he had a heart attack apparently.

Apparently the Russian Ultra that paralysed an England supporter in the last world cup was arrested in Munich airport. He was apparently travelling to the Bilbao match.

So if the German coppers picked him up in Munich why the fuck did the Russian coppers not pick him up trying to get out of Russia.

Would love to go to a WC one day but maybe not this one or the one after for other reasons, 2026 perhaps?
