If there was an award for somebody who can't act or sing, surely Kylie would win hands down, great career based on a fantastic arse!

I have really like some a lot what Donnie Wahlburg has done and would appreciate him in more and better stuff.

Band of Brothers - my favourite all time television event

Boomtown was great

Blue Bloods is okay with a lot of cheese.

Then he makes some awful choices.

Ice Cube had a pretty decent run as an actor, think he does some directing now and he's started his own basketball league in the States

Cher was also excellent in ‘Mask’, but for me the most successful has to be Mark Wahlburg

Re: 2019 Movies
Cher for me by a country mile, she was brilliant in Moonstruck, other mentions, I thought Courtney Love was excellent in "Man on the Moon" , not sure if it counts but Prince in Purple Rain? Puff Daddy in Monsters Ball, Sting in Quadrophenia. John Denver in "Oh God" Anyone ever see the brilliant Two -lane Blacktop James Taylor who was excellent.

Ol' Blue Eyes, good shout that!

Remember Mick Jagger playing Ned Kelly thinking it was ok, but that was years ago and he was probably shite!

Ringo Starr in 'That will be the day' was descent.

We went to see The Lion King tonight. The original came out when my kids were little so I've probably seen the animated version 20 times - but I thought this new version was brilliant. I had goose pimples a few times and the missus quietly blubbed a few times. 8/10

As for singers who successfully crossed over, Frank Sinatra won an Oscar for Here to Eternity. That was the role that he got after the mafia insisted on it and is the scenario featuring the 'horses head' in The Godfather.

Re: 2019 Movies
As Northern says 22 July is excellent. How the fuck someone can just shoot 69 people like that in cold blood?

But also you can disturbingly sympathise a little for him.
