Laurie Softley, now 34, was let off with a warning after Ecclesbourne School in Derbyshire investigated her affair with a 17-year-old boy in 2008.

But another affair with a student five years later led to a police investigation and her resignation from the academy.

In May 2008, she contacted a 17-year-old, referred to only as Pupil A, on Facebook and arranged to meet up in a pub, then went back to her home where they had sex.

Four months later, Ms Softley was given a final written warning for gross misconduct by the school, and was allowed to continue teaching there.

In 2013, Ms Softley texted a second student, Pupil B, picked him up in her car and drove her home where they drank alcohol and engaged in sexual relations. Four years later, the boy, then 23, told a counsellor what had happened.

“Ms Softley initiated and engaged, on separate occasions, in sexual activity with both Pupil A and Pupil B,” a Teaching Regulation Agency panel found.

“Ms Softley's conduct in engaging in inappropriate sexual activity was repeated and on each occasion followed a similar pattern.”

Tom Perry, founder of Mandate Now, campaigns for the introduction of a law requiring staff to report concerns about child welfare to the authorities. He said that under a mandatory reporting regime, the matter could have been more effectively dealt with in 2008.

“As a result this teacher has been allowed to continue with the abusive behaviour for which she has not been struck off," he said. "Schools cannot be the setting in which the abuse occurs and then investigate themselves.”

My favourite teacher at school was Miss Thomsen - she was lovely in every way...English Rose, big tits, really pretty and hated all the old generation of teachers for being rubbish and treating the kids badly.

She couldn't have been older than 23 or 24 so you can imagine how popular she was in an all boys school.

We had an English teacher who was a stunning former lingerie model.

17 fucking 17?, I know it's wrong and I'm sorry but I would have screamed yes at 15 and kept my gob shut till eternity as I am certain over 80% of all red blooded young males would, although things were different back in the mid eighties .
Could there be a greater fantasy for a young man or older nale child than to have a beautiful female teacher giving him extra attention?, I remember having a cute Spanish teacher and all the class in this all boys school were absolutely smitten she used to get harassed too on the stairs whilst going to classes to teach and a few boys got expelled.
I have seen a picture of this naughty teacher who did the cha cha cha with the 17 year old lads and it's a yes from my 15 year old self I cannot lie, but I have to say it is not right and should not happen, a teacher is there to nourish the brain not the loins, although I had a dumb brain so I would have preferred a good shag back then.

You never heard of anything like this when i was a spotty teenager, but it was every boys wish to come true (And im sure it must have for a few) and most would have given there right arm for it to happen.

The current snowflake generation of teenage boys however feels abused and violated if anything sexual occurs with a fit young teacher, but i bet if it was gay sex there would be less of an outcry now bumming is considered "Normal"
