Re: Matt Taylor retiring
Decent left foot but pretty average otherwise, seemed like a bit of a weakling at times.

The definition of a good pro
Great career and will go on in the media/coaching

Personally thought he was pretty poor for us although played a part in the play off final. Was very good at free kicks for other clubs but can’t recall him scoring from one for us. Bit like Snodgrass.

He was excellent the first half of the season in the championship and then didn’t he get sent off in a game u fairly and didn’t seem the same when he came back

Was useful enough in central midfield for us in the end too

I always hated us coming up against him - especially when green was in goal, he never seemed to know how to handle his deliveries

his pass to Jarvo for the equaliser in the cup QF at WHL was very underrated I thought

Think it was him that crossed the ball for Cole to score in the play-off final.

Re: Matt Taylor retiring
Scored some of the best goals in the Premier League (or championship - can't quite remember where and when he scored them).

Shame he played for us under that oaf BFS who would fine players for shooting outside of the box otherwise we might have seen a bit more of his quality.
