It’s all about feet. Spurs have lost Harry Kane to another ankle injury, while Huddersfield are secure at the foot of the table. The visitors have nothing to lose on their first and, at least for a time, their last visit to the new [awaiting naming contract] stadium. Spurs, who will be expected to win, may find complacency a stronger foe than the Terriers. It would be a remarkable feat if Huddersfield get anything from this game. Home win.

Five points above Cardiff, Brighton are looking good for another season in the top flight. But Chris Hughton will see today as a golden opportunity to effectively cement safety, particularly with a vital game against Cardiff coming up in midweek. Both teams are in a run of poor form, which could make for a nervy encounter. Draw.

Burnley have done a good job in extricating themselves from the immediate threat of relegation, but will want more points before they can feel safe. Poor old Cardiff look doomed, but have two vitally important games coming up that look likely to seal their fate one way or the other. The trap door beckons. Home win.

Fulham’s focus is now on next season, while Everton remain a good shout for the best of the rest. The visitors are enjoying a rich vein of form and there’s little to suggest that will not continue today. Away win.

The Saints have goal difference and five points over relegation rivals, Cardiff, but will not depend on that advantage in their quest for safety. Wolves will be disappointed at losing out on the FA Cup final, and it will be interesting to see how they respond to that today. Draw.

Neither side comes into this filled with confidence, but both are within reaching distance of respectability. Solskjaer’s dreamy start has moved to rapid eye movement, while our rapid eye movement is now bordering on continued awayday nightmares. Bring back Jose. Nasri is out again, but Antonio returns. “We must demand more,” said Manuel Pellegrini at yesterday’s press conference. Indeed we must, Senor, and it’s your job to get more from the players you manage. In fairness, you’ve done well to raise the spirit when we play the big teams and in that, perhaps, lies our greatest hope for today. Come on, you Irons! Draw.

Re: Saturday football
He talks a good story
Proper hard players don’t do that
Only shame is that he isn’t banned for the FA Cup Final
Though for his refusal to leave the pitch immediately I’d stick another 3 games on his ban

I feel I should like Deeney but I really don’t. Always seems to have a lot to say about himself but it’s mostly bollocks, fed up with his “yeah I roughed up thier defenders” chest thumping alpha male shit. Came undone tonight hasn’t he, aimed his arm out to the Arsenal player as he went past and it connects. Not an outright elbow but he’s made the Ref and Lino make a decision. Twat!!

Gooners 1 up after a Foster howler and Deeney red carded for throwing his forearm in Torreira’s face, what a prick.

Re: Saturday football
Liverpool were the better team and deserved to win.
Sarri after Hazards performance against us put him at centre forward against Van Dijk and when he finally put him in the right place Hazard managed to miss two chances from 8 yds in the middle of the goal.

As I understand it Liverpool play Cardiff Huddersfield Newcastle & Wolves so Man City need to win every game incl Spurs at home and Man U away.

So monday eden hazard decided to single handedly tear us a new one (from what I remember, I was quite drunk)
And from what I've read he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo today.

Yep. Sounds about right

Mad Dog - Spot on, you couldn't find a bigger set of cunts than Scouse and Yid supporters!

Re: Saturday football
Fucking red scouse get away with more than any other team. They're allowed to bludgeon into challenges without any threat of a foul going against them. Kante just got away from robertson who then stuck out enough of his leg to slightly unbalance him and give his team mates a better chance of winning the ball. Countless decisions in every game like this go in their favour.

Our top flight league is the most bent in europe because of commercial factors.

Re: Saturday football
Jersey. Completely agree. But unlike gray, he's a scouser do somehow it wasnt his fault. Cunt.

Yes they're going to win it and those cunts from north London will probably win the champions league.

I might have to go into hiding, can you imagine these 2 cunty sets of fans getting even cuntier. Doesn't bare thinking about.

Re: Saturday football
How the fuck can that scouse cunt Carragher be allowed on British TV he spat at a child, Andy Gray makes a few sexist remarks and is exiled from British TV?

I couldn't stand it if those whining twats won it but I'm beginning to think they will!
