Re: Liverpool v Norwich City
Liverpool fans are going to have a heart attack watching Adrian in goal. He cant do the basic's like diving to stop the ball with his hands he slides trying to make a tackle every time. I expect to see him do a hand stand to kick to the ball away from a corner one day.

Below average keeper his highlight was scoring a penalty which sums him up.

Re: Liverpool v Norwich City
Has anyone got a back up keeper of top international standard?
Adrian is as good as Mignolet and both are a bit short of that.
Liverpool were extraordinarily fortunate with injuries last season given they got to the Champions league final.
They have players in Allison, Van Dijk, Salah and Mane that they can’t really replace.

Re: Liverpool v Norwich City
The weak link in the Liverpool team is goal keeper. With Allison out injured and only Adrian as their experienced back up an absence lasting several league games could be costly in terms of Liverpools title winning campaign.

A top flight EPL and CL winning team needs, especially in terms of keepers, a back up of top international standard. The more so if being required to play a run of league games.

Replacing Mignolet with Adrian looks like a pound-shop solution to a problem and with every league point vital in a title chase Allison’s injury might cost the scousers dear.

Glad it ended 4-1.

Imagine how angry Man City would be now if it had ended 8-0?

Have all teams got (at least) one Friday game? Man City (& the rest, but it only really affects them) now have a solid target to aim at to get top spot and probably that little bit more motivation.

It’s alright Eerie, he’s gone now, you don’t need to be so upset by his existence anymore.

Re: Liverpool v Norwich City
He got dropped because he was playing shit at those times. Really shit.

He's doing well tonight though, 1 shot 1 goal.
