Second Game at the London stadium
It really isn’t as bad as some say, 2 games and im yet to see us concede a goal there as well!

That walk from Stratford is bastard though, going to the game it isn’t too bad as you can go through Westfield’s but on the return and all the stop start nonsense with the stewards it takes ages, would not like to do that in the pissing rain.

Had decent seats again in the 1966 area I think it was called? In the East Stand, my Brother in law being a season ticket holder got the tickets from someone who couldn’t go, seats even have your name on them and are padded, atmosphere was good, maybe not up to UP levels but defiantly good, had a good view of the pitch and overall thought the match day experience was very good and fans all seemed to be enjoying the day, mind you we did play well, apart from the first 15-20mins.

If I was back living in the UK would happily sign up for a season ticket, not sure why so much moaning its on par with other big stadiums IMO.

Don't know. Just what Plod told a mate last season who asked them why we had to put up with it.

You have to insert into the slot, not sure a phone would fit?

It can be ok if you find a decent spot. I hated sitting upstairs, but lower tier can be ok.

That said, they have found a new way to piss me off.. The last couple of games, I went to the ticket office to get my ticket printed, and despite there being no queue, they sent me way up the far end of the ground to get it. Does sticking the phone under the bar code reader work or must it be paper?

I use Pudding Mill Lane as I'm lucky enough to live south of the river, but catch the train into Stratford so avoid the mob and get a seat when it goes back.. A number of people use it as the quickest way into Stratford.

Like nerd said, Hackney Wick is a six minute walk.

Yeah, thanks to a heads up on here, I managed to avoid the stop and go ‘erberts against Norwich. Getting through the shopping centre to get the tube is still a pain, and I can’t see that ever changing.

The police support them and will arrest anyone not complying as it is done for Health & Safety reasons.

Defiantly good seating. I would agree with that.

I've always wondered what actual authority do the stop go people have. Isnt it a public pathway. They're not police.

Do they legally have any right to stop anyone that decides to carry on?

Someone said they had put bars and stuff around the ground to make it better?
Can’t you just go for a beer and wait for the crowd to go down, that’s what I used to do in Green Street as I preferred to cue for a beer than the tube.
Dan, I be interested in your escape route. I’ll try my imagination on a map.

The stop/go merchants aren't mandatory. You just need a bit of imagination or, failing that, a map.
