I used to chuck the occasional bog roll from the middle of the north bank in the '60s. There's definitely a technique to achieve the full streamer effect. Mess it up and a full bog roll lands on the pitch and looks very feeble.
I'm tempted to take one to the spurs game to see how security react when I stick it on the table with my phone and car keys.
