Sven

Given that jellied eel and pie shops are widespread in London and pretty much nowhere else in the entire world, how do you come up with 'faux cockney'.

It's no more faux than scouse is faux...um... scouse

ps Pie & mash IS shit

Faux Cockney nonsense from the time before English cooking improved

Re: Prince Andrew
Just pointing out that people would still come and see historical buildings as they do at Versailles.
If Buckingham Palace was open as a 100% access all areas museum and art gallery it would attract many more tourists.
Surely thats indisputable?

And seemingly threatening for some reason to some who are desperate to call three mediocre blokes called Charles, Andrew & Edward PRINCE.
What a strange idea that is outside of medieval times

I'd bet you anything that Sven is an avid watcher of The Crown TV series.

Doubt he admits to it though.

Re: Prince Andrew
As usual, the weird English cunt who would like to be an Aussie (despite deliberately moving back here) seeks to prove his non-Englishness by hating everything about England.

It's like me going to the St Ledger meeting in Doncaster, coming back to London claiming to be a Yorkshireman, buying a flat cap and droning on about how pie and mash is shit.

The royal family have a dozen or so palaces and castles, but still they live rent free in Sven's head.

Re: Prince Andrew
You know you see those weird people front of the queue, dressed up in their union jack suits, at whatever Royal function is on, Sven?

Well, you're the exact opposite to that. It's the opposite end of the weirdo spectrum.

Re: Prince Andrew
I understand in normal times Windsor Castle has about a million visitors a year. Probably something similar for the partial summer opening of Buckingham Palace.
If they werent occupied I imagine that number would leap as people could stroll over the whole building and see all the great art locked away.
I'd even go to see the Queens bedroom to see where she got busted after sneaking Michael Fagan in.

The Palace of Versailles has 10m visitors a year I believe
What a potential upside!

Re: Prince Andrew
Kaiser

Identifying crimes that, in the UK, would see her sent down rather than being portrayed as a victim, is in no way minimising Andrew's unpleasantness.

Factually, as you know, he is neither a paedophile not a child trafficker.

I find it a bit odd that anyone should round on a minor rather than a fat privileged 40 year old and a multi millionaire paedophile and child trafficker.

I’m looking forward to the14 year old girls she procured for Epstein sueing her and the US authorities going after her for the same thing they hounded maxwell for

He is untouchable, goes without saying, the same as Saville was. This thread is like the transfer threads on here, hundreds of posts for fuck all purpose or end game. Should be locked.

Re: Prince Andrew
Oprah is friends with Epstein so I doubt will be paying people for interviews - she will be part of the gang looking to bury all this now.

Andrew will not attend the court but the court will dismiss the case and Andrew will be in the clear - all agreed already and the girl has probably been paid off.

This whole sordid affair will be nicely wrapped up.

Maxwell was just procuring girls for Epstein . Epstein is dead so can’t dispute this. Maxwell has had her show trial, will be locked up in a luxury open prison and have no legal reason to say another word. Andrew is the only associate that has had the light shined on them and will be in clear.

Everyone can now forgot that there actually was a nonce island with a nonce airport and nonce planes all owned by a nonce billionaire who nobody knows how he got his money and he trafficked kids to his island and other residences and shared his island and planes with a number of high profile politicians, business leaders and celebrities.

Go back to 2017 and believe all the above is just crazy conspiracy theory nonsense. Move on, climate change is coming.

Mike

I don't know mate. I hadn't thought about that since it's entirely irrelevant to the point under discussion.

I do agree though that like USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, NZ, South Africa, India, the West Indies, the Pacific Islands, and most of Africa, English is widely spoken in Windsor.

Mike Oxsaw 9:59 Sun Jan 16
Re: Prince Andrew
That Windsor happens to be in a country where the national language is most tourists second language is an irrelevance, then?

SurfaceAgentX2Zero 2:38 Sun Jan 16
Re: Prince Andrew
Without the Royal Family, Windsor is just another European castle and Buckingham Palace is no different to Chatsworth. Fewer sheep, though.

Re: Prince Andrew
Tourists are persuaded to come here and see those buildings by the reality show that is the Royal Family. Billions of pounds-worth of cheap advertising.

Tourists don't come to the UK "to see the Royal family", they come to the UK to see one or more of the residences owned or occupied by the Royal family.

If the Royal family suddenly ceased to exist, people would still come in droves to see the impact of their history.

Sven Roeder 2:26 Sat Jan 15
Re: Prince Andrew
Mum has cut him loose now so he is basically a private citizen so cant see any problems for the Royal Family.
The case will probably go on and even if there is a verdict against him he will hide out in Windsor & ignore the verdict & any extradition claims will be stonewalled.

Virginia Giraffe will get her day in court & as said will probably be on Oprah next year weeping next to her new best friend Meghan Markle while Harry looks on.

Re: Prince Andrew
I don't particularly like or dislike Andrew as I don't know him. I expect it will be settled out of court for an undisclosed tidy sum regardless that she says just because your rich and or famous you should be made accountable, and yet she was happy to accept 500k from Epstein to keep quiet?

It's all about money of course and Andrew being who he is will have to cough up considerably more than a regular Billionaire as it will sell newspapers, magazines, interviews, books and mini series. How many millions will Opera pay her for just an interview for starters?

I don't know if Andrew has enough funds even with the Queen's reluctant help. His and the Royal families only way out assuming guilty or not regardless whether she has true or fictitious accounts maybe for it to be arranged for her receive an unannounced visit from MI5 with a reasonable obligatory payoff.

She and her advisors are playing with fire, if she is greedy unreasonable and or ill-advised by greedy lawyers, it may not end well for her and or advisors, I wouldn't be surprised if found overdosed alone in a hotel room .surrounded with pills or needles. Marilyn Monroe?

The establishment are unlikely to stand idle and allow her to go ahead and try to reach a guilty verdict in court potentially bringing down the Royal Family as Diana potentially did.

The Billions of tourist income lost to the UK far out trumps her tiny claim in comparison regardless whether true, false or exaggerated.
