Re: Kenny Lynch Kicks the Bucket
he was an immensely talented individual,

his sister who was a family friend and sadly died many years ago now,was a fantastic jazz singer.

The very last time i recall seeing Ken was havving abeer with him in the Fox and Hounds in Forest Gate,
He was in those days the 80s i think in a double act wit Harry Fowler

He introduced the pair of them as the aeronautical engineers "Alcock and Brown",

Little Bert said to Harry,"which one are You'
Harry said neither
to which Kenny jumped in and stated he was both Brown and also Allcock.

Mucc joy and myrth,

THanks Kenny Son R I P Brother

Big Hammers fan and huge entertainer back in the sixties and seventies. Still working up until recently.

Excellent boxer in his youth and regimental army champion during his stint in the army. Possibly good enough to turn pro but got signed up by EMI Records and had a couple of hit singles.

RIP Kenny. Hope you meet up with your big pal Bobby in the great beyond and chat about old times. Must have a few tales to tell.

His daughter's name is Bobby Chelsea. I think that would confirm he was a big mate of Mooro.
RIP Kenny.

The 'Black Prince', as he was known among his many pals, was a top bloke. He used to sit in the west stand in the 60's and 70's.

Britains answer to Sammy Davis Jr. RIP Kenny.
