CNY soon so the virus will spread very quickly if they cannot control it. It'll be in Europe by the end of CNY if not earlier.

I've no idea why people are making such a fuss over family members and friends who have died of Covid. When my sister died a few years back (not Covid, but same principle) I didn't get upset or mourn. I just thought: "Hey, some humans I'll never meet or have any connection or affinity with have just been born. They will more than replace my sister and therefore it's no loss she's dead, really"

I very rarely post on here because this site is ridiculous, but I can tell you a story about a guy, let’s call him Tom (as that is his name).
I knew him about 20 years ago, was part of our wider group at the football who met up on match days etc.
Amusing bloke, clearly intelligent, but always had a wild opinion about something - and was very much into his drugs of all persuasions. I liked a dabble myself back then, but Tom was into serious amounts of them.
As is the way of these things, groups drift apart and change, you stick to your core mates etc as you get older.
I did occasionally wonder what happened to Tom - or LSD T, Captain Bongo etc as he was in the forums. Just assumed he was dead.
Instead I discover that he posts on here as Golden Oldie and all those years of of drugs may have had a teeny tiny effect on him.
Anyway, there you go. Tom is a walking advert for “Just say no” to show your kids, and I shall now go back to occasionally reading this site and posting even more occasionally.
