This coronavirus in China
|

CNY soon so the virus will spread very quickly if they cannot control it. It'll be in Europe by the end of CNY if not earlier.
is this the end of humanity?

Everyone always has someone above them AND below them. The Western baby boomers nicked the lot. They are at the top if the ponzu scheme. It’s a simple fact. There are obviously a few super wealthy cunts. They make very little difference to the rest to be honest except owning a lot of shit.

The baby boomers didn’t, haven’t and are not nicking all the money rather it’s the one per cent that are creaming off the money.
Consider the fact of the disproportionate ratio of workers to governors pay in companies which has grown exponentially since Thatcher’s day’s and you’ll realise where the money is going.
The boomers are relatively comfortably off because they worked mainly at a time when pecuniary rewards reflected the effort in a reasonable and fair way.
The inescapable fact is that it’s the greedy people at the top of the pile bearing down on everybody below them that is causing unrest. How convenient for the one percenters to have the rest of us arguing amongst themselves.

If you want government debts repaid you will just need to do a 60% tax on the nbaby boomers who nicked all the money when they die. Sorted. Its not hard this macro economics lark.

OK!
No reason, then, to not tell China to fuck off and whistle for the money they're owed.
Schoolkids everywhere will still be clothed and fed.

Then you'll force chav mothers everywhere to choose between school uniforms for their brats or feeding them with a supersized happy meal every day.
Human rights lawyers everywhere will be on the case.

A 100% tariff on all CCP imports might help to focus minds.

Isn’t a vast majority of this country’s debt actually borrowed from UK citizens?
Pension funds etc.
If so, surely the debt will always need to be paid while we borrow.

If Branded is right and debt will never get repaid, then maybe it's the right time to fuck the Chinese off and tell them to swivel for the money they're owed.

I would say we are still steaming ahead on the idea of constant growth and more capital than you can shake a stick at.

If we're veering off into that area then we've only just started to scrape the surface of taking the human element out of "work".
Administrative (and middle management) jobs that can be done remotely soon won't need anybody to do them at all. AI is steaming ahead (yet the natural counterbalance, "common sense" is roaring off in the opposite direction, all in the name of woke).

Mike.
We have technologies that have completely changed what work is. Work is nothing like what it was except picking fruit and veg and a few other jobs like cleaning and caring etc.
In a World where most jobs are just made up bollocks most people do not need to work. Or, we share the little actual work required out. Pushing pens around a desk is not work.
We have consistently printed more and more money for two hundred years. The idea anything gets paid back is an absolute fucking lie.

...oh, and as for "leaving a future generation to pay for all this shit". I spent the first half of my working life paying for a fucking war that ended over a decade before I was born - as did most of my peers, and we STILL managed to deliver the comfortable society YOU are currently enjoying, that some people claim the next generation will not now benefit from.
Fucking drama queens, the lot of you. Amateur ones, at that.
