Pundit calls it about right
Jermaine Jenas has revealed that he thinks West Ham will struggle to pick up more than three points between now and mid-April, in his column for the Express.

David Moyes has failed to have much of an impact following his appointment at the Hammers, picking up just one league win with West Ham now down in the bottom three.

The Hammers almost picked up a win at the weekend, but a late Glenn Murray goal denied them of all three points.

However, Jenas, in his column for the Express, believes that West Ham fans are in for more pain on the pitch, especially considering their upcoming fixtures.

West Ham are having one. Look at their fixtures. Man City and Liverpool away. Resurgent Southampton, not easy, at home. Arsenal and Spurs away and Wolves at home. They are not getting more than three points until mid-April. It will probably go down to the last game of the season.

Everything you hear about at clubs who get relegated you are hearing about West Ham. It’s the horrible mix they have. I am worried. Once it turns toxic there, I don’t see many players big enough to handle that scenario from those fans. It’s messy. The ability is there. Is the mentality?

READ WEST HAM’S VERDICT
Jenas is right in that West Ham do have a horrible run of fixtures coming up, with the top two and Southampton, who have completely turned their season around since the 9-0 defeat to Leicester.

When you see some of the teams comign up, it could be easy to say that the Hammers are doomed for the Championship. However, if, and it’s a big if, David Moyes is able to turn it around with West Ham, they could sneak some vital points that may turn out to be vital for their survival bid.

What’s more concering for West Ham though, is the fact they only managed to take three points from a possible 15 in the reverse fixtures of their next five games. Against the likes of City, Liverpool, Southampton, Arsenal and Wolves, the Hammers lost four times to a combined scoreline of 12-2.

Can see why he is being lined up to replace Lineker on the BBC.

Yeah, all struggling teams lose all their games. That's why all accas come in and thousands of people claim the Super Six prize every week.

That Brighton game was a fucker because we finally got a few breaks with the deflections, then basically threw it away.

Still, I reckon we will get a surprise or two.

The new manager bounce has gone.
It was quite good while it lasted, delivering a Ratched.

1 win is hardly manager bounce. We just met Bournemouth whilst they were going through a shit patch.

We've had as much bounce out of Moyes as you'd get out of a crushed ping-pong ball.

I could find any mong at work who has zero interest in football telling me we’re got a terrible run of fixtures coming up.

Tell me the owners are frauds who need to sell up Jenas, then you’ll get my attention, you boring cunt.

We need a new new manager, bringing his own bounce.

One a week until the end of the season should see us safe.
