Greaves is probably the greatest English striker ever, but I don't feel inclined to watch a film about him. Pleased that he is still hanging in there after his serious stroke.

Ag Ag Ag!!!

Thought it was superb... some great footage...me old man knew him well... was a part of the card school down at the Thatched House in Barking along with his father in law... remember me dad telling me the story how he'd always go to the same cafe before any home game... always the same meal,,, meat pud, new spuds and steamed veg... washed down with 2 cups of splosh... and then would go out and hit a hatrick.... good to see his son Dan on there,,, knew him through local Vets league... a decent player as well... all in all another great BT sports film

Fuck Greaves, the bloke was a cunt, having a beer the day before, the day of and the day after a match. Before you argue with me, I have two words for you;

1) Andrew

And this one:

2) Carroll

Watched it last night, would thoroughly recommend.

Things that stood out for me:-

1. How easily Chelsea let him go.
2. How much his personality changed over the years. I only knew him from the Saint & Greavsie era, and was unaware of how nervous he looked in front of a camera during his playing days.
