Daily Quiz anyone?

If you are stuck at home and bored like me.
How about exercising the old grey cells?

I have for a number of years run quiz nights and couple of times a year. I was due to do one tomorrow which is now cancelled So I have a bank of questions sitting in my computer's hard drive. They are quite eclectic in their nature.

I am thinking I could put up a set of questions for which you write down your answers. After 30mins or so I will put up the answers. DO NOT POST YOUR ANSWERS. before I post the right answers.

You mark your own answers and post your score.

I will then record the scores and at the end of the "lockdown" we will see who is WHO's brainbox supreme. Obiviously no looking up the answers (you only cheat yourselves)

Word of warning these won't be easy questions as they have been devised for teams of six. Forming teams on here might be too problematic. So I'll try to pick out the easier questions.

Did a quiz last year where I had to name tv / film pubs. Got full marks.

Cracking score Mad Dog. I got 11.

Did ok on most of the actors bar 1,2 and 5, but only got the obvious ones for the watering holes. Ashamed o say I have never seen Casablanca!

I assume there must have been a different 50s incarnation.

I was reading about it after Robin hood appeared with capaldi in doctor who.

I've stood on the most eastern point in Lowestoft, thought Taunton was the largest in Somerset

Back to reality with one and that was Ben Nevis! Should have known Lowestoft as I lived a few miles away, and should have got Scaffel Pike. Thought Bristol was the City in Somerset! Idiot!
