Pu-erh.

It's fermented, hence the name.

Can't recommend it enough.

China tea is a broad descriptor.

What are you looking for, taste etc wise?

This will trigger Nurse, but I like Alishan High Mountain Oolong. A few years ago I was travelling in the Chinese-speaking mountain towns of North Thailand and Southern China and I took a liking to good, genuine Oolong.

SO SUE ME, NURSE.

Another vote for Lapsang Soochong. It's the tea equivalent of Laphroaig Whiskey. Lovely strong smokey taste.

Puerh / Pu'er. Makes a good strong cuppa. Have black obviously.

It's grown in a stunning part of China- far different from the smog-laden industrial armpits which much of China is.

It's also claimed that tea originated in Pu'er

Oolong - very refreshing. I am coffee drinker and am not a fan of tea but this is great on a summer day.
