season ticket renewal
couple of questions
What real advantage is there between option1 and option 3 ?
As far I know, nobody can say how many supporters, IF ANY, can attend the first game.
Anyone have any thoughts? and how will they deal with any relocations? Really not sure how this is all going to work.

From the clubs website:

The main Ticket Office located adjacent to the Club Shop/Turnstile E is now open to Personal Callers from 11am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday. We ask that anyone visiting the Stadium respects the Social Distancing practices in place throughout the Stadium, which in turn will assist in keeping everyone safe and healthy.

It's open, although I've no idea when.

I doubt it, it's all blocked off anyway isn't it?

Re: season ticket renewal
Does anybody on here know if the ticket office is open for visits, or does everything have to be done using the antiquated phone system?

Exactly my question! So if I take option 3 and the whole season is no fans, am i then forced to spend a substantial amount of money that i don;t want to in the club shop or lose the cash before it gets round to renewing for next season?

Re: season ticket renewal
As I understand it paying the 30% is putting it on hold til they can allow 70% of fans in the ground.
If that happened half way through the season you’d owe 50% in total so would have to pay another 20%. And presumably get a credit if you aren’t included in the 70% allowed in for a game.

If they weren’t allowed 70% at all during the season you should get your 30% credited at the end of the season

Does anybody know if you take the 30% option, then at the end of next season decide you don’t want keep your season ticket, would you be entitled to get a refund. Can’t imagine they would want to give out refunds, especially if we get relegated.

Re: season ticket renewal
I’ve got 2 season tickets now with the fat end of £300 in my account , if l don’t renew or use it against match tickets or merchandise, what happens to it after 12 months ?

Re: season ticket renewal
Scratch that- just seen it appears to last for 12 months.

I'd like to imagine they wouldn't stick to that under current circumstances for the 30% thing, if you happen to have more than 30% or the ST price sitting in your account (I happen to) but it turns out there's no chance of redeeming it against matches then would they just retain any remaining balance at their discretion?

Pain in the arse, really.

Does anyone know if club cash has an expiry date, or if it just sits there indefinitely until you use it?

Re: season ticket renewal
Fucking hell...renew if you want to renew, dont if you don’t want to

It’s as simple as that, why does everyone need to test the water to see if they will be seen as a proper supporter.

Well said, Jeff, bang on 👏👏

If you do not want to give the club an interest free loan of your money for games you already know you are not going to be able to attend because football stadiums will be shut until at least October - go for option 3

If you think it will be shit being in a 25% full stadium with singing potentially banned and no away fans - go for option 3

If neither of these apply to you go for option 1
