Re: So will you be taking the new vaccine

First one I had headache, arm was fine but that night and the next day it really ached and was sore. Absolutely fine the day after that.

Exactly the same here but Astra Zeneca

Re: So will you be taking the new vaccine
Had my first one 10th Jan and the second one on the 2nd April.

First one I had headache, arm was fine but that night and the next day it really ached and was sore. Absolutely fine the day after that.

Second one, tiny twinge in my arm next day, 10 times less worse than what it was after the first one.

Pfizer jab both times. I know this because the next day my arm was really stiff

Walked around the block for 5 minutes. Heart rate shot up from 80 to 140 bpm. So I guess that was a decent workout.

Don't know why they get so much grief, they don't hurt anyone. Perfectly armless

When it comes to thalidomide victims, you have to hand it to them.

Flu jab is far worse....at least a fortnight after you are still feeling shit... well apart from this years one I had in which everything was pretty normal... I'll be honest I'll try any new drugs... I'd even take the thalidomide drugs and walk around with T-Rex arms for the rest of me life... don't give a monkeys me....

Re: So will you be taking the new vaccine
Done last Friday. Felt fine - bit of headache and tired on the Saturday but suspect that was the beers/vodka I drunk...

Didn't even have a sore arm because it so muscular and I'm hard

Mate had his and has been up all night with the shakes etc. hear if you've had it before and the 2nd are worse

Again, most helpful of you. It seems after a little investigation that the results of the trials may be online sometime in 2023. I'll keep checking.

I'm sure they'll put it online.

By all means. Just send a WHOmail.

Thanks again, can you explain how they could share even the results of the trial that finishes in 2023?

"But what have you got to lose by getting vaccinated?"

It might be nothing. But can I get back to you in about 10 or 20 years on that?

Apply to the appropriate authorities and they'll be delighted to share them with you.

"You're risking getting Covid and passing it on to others."

there is no risk, they've been vaccinated.

"The risk of the vaccine is far less in comparison."

This is great news indeed! Where can I get the results of the long-term trials they have carried out?

Re: So will you be taking the new vaccine
Those who are vaccinated will be fine if I pass it on to them, Coffee.

Those who haven't had it done, are accepting the same risk as I am.

It doesn't make sense to settle on the fence. You're risking getting Covid and passing it on to others. The risk of the vaccine is far less in comparison.

The pressure to get it done/not get it done is most definitely coming from the side who want everyone vaccinated, which probably puts those who are on the fence off from having it done.

Re: So will you be taking the new vaccine
Thank you for your thankless sacrifice.

Or

Thank you for your sacrifice.

Now go and get yourself vaccinated.
