Children in Need
On again tonight. That comes round quick.

Does anyone watch this garbage anymore? Another night of z list 'celebrities' massaging their over inflated egos by guilt-tripping the great unwashed to part with their money for dubious causes.

Telethons are so 1980s and should be consigned to history.

I shall NOT be watching.

Charity begins at home, once kids in this country get 3 square meals a day then we can begin to share it out.

Alex Scott the talentless ex footballer who insists on saying she was an elite footballer.

Crap presenter but ticks the boxes for both BBC and Sky.

The real talent is Balding and Cates but their skin is the wrong colour.

Charity feels like big business here. Even the shops.

My brother's in-laws live in Reading and run a charity, they say. No idea what that means but it has kept them in house and home since I met them 12/13 years ago.

Is Alex Scott the hot female footballer who's probably a lesbian? If so, I'd have actually watched children in need if Id known she was on it.

Alex Scott, fuck off

Indeed. She is now the poster girl of everything vaguely 'woke' (I refuse to acknowledge that adjective).

You don't even have to look at the TV listings these days to see how pathetically shallow it all is.

Wont be watching either this or comic relief. I give £60 per month to a couple of charities but I will never give a penny to anything connected to the BBC.

It’s not as bad as “Comic” Relief, which is one of the least funny things ever to be screened on television.

Oh look, a newsreader dancing. How hilarious.

Re: Children in Need
I won’t be donating. Once Henry and Lammy described white people as saviours I was out.

Gave my £20 to Macmillan nurses, far more worthy charity.
