Things about other clubs that you think are good.

I quite like HIBS cos of the Irvine Welsh Hibs/West Ham connection.
I also like football songs that aren't obviously about football.
Bubbles is good, for that reason.
Hibs have SUNSHINE ON LEITH.
This is after winning the 2016 Scottish League Cup.

No lost on that accent up there, I have been to that area repeatedly over the years but still none the wiser really but I would if pushed, the Mackems/Durham types speak with a slightly softer, less harsh tone than proper working class Geordies
That said, an educated Geordie would be the same to my ear
I don't have a problem with either, my impression from a young age was that if you wanted to play up they would happily oblige, with interest, but if you behaved and just engaged decently they were among the most hospitable and welcoming types around and a I've had many a good night with them
Final point on the accent thing, you have stoked the old coals of memory, way back when I was a Herbert and 21, we went to Benidorm for a lads holiday, I met an absolutely gorgeous Geordie creature, all legs blonde hair and bumps in the right places, but better still, quite understated, unaware of her natural web she had spun me into aided by her voice, soft but not weak, accented but not harsh, vocal nectar - she worked as a directory of inquiry call receiver, fuck me I could have listened to her for a month ......

Agree on the geordie/mackems
My old man and his family were/are geordies, but he/they lived in Washington for a large part.
Very much 50/50 in Washington, so I knew all about those two growing up.
Then and now have got along better with the Mackems.
Can you tell the difference in their accents?.. Its like London.. Birmingham I guess, subtle differences.

Reading into the history of local rivalries, always more to it than just being local and reinforces how football is/sadly was perhaps, the game that truly represents the people
Fuck me the Newcastle/Sunderland thing goes way beyond industrial scab labour and strike breaking, way back to the times before the English Civil War ffs
