Moyes is great at setting little targets in the media
Coming out today and saying Antonio should not give up hope of a call up got me thinking that he is constantly setting targets for individual players to work at in the media, and the team as a whole.

Whether it be the team has no where near reached its potential yet , and would like to see improvement in certain areas .

Cresswell lingz and antonio to keep pushing for international recogntion as its not out their grasp...

hes great at setting these goals to keep the players motivated...

sign of a quality manager id say

Bravo David

LAF - probably true but ridiculous that it is the case... Euros will be over in 5 months time. Southgate should play those in the best form rather than be planning for the World Cup or next Euros.

The Italians (for example) are quite happy to play CBs in their mid 30s.

Very strong arguement to say that Dawson is currently one of the best 3/4 English cenre backs... he should clearly be considered but will almost certainly be overlooked because he's 30.

Moyes has deffo got his mojo flowing again. I’m pleased he can do what he loves doing and do it with purpose.
