I actually got to ask Bobby Madley about THAT Bournemouth decision. He was until recently living in Oslo and had joined an ex pat Facebook page. I used to give him some reasonably good natured stick, and we ended up having a private exchange where he actually won me over by providing a link to an interview he did on an American Hammer podcast, where he gave his side of the story.
Without going into details, the linesman really let him down and put him in the shit.
