Weird breakfast today, one of my special little Ketogenic bread rolls (not exactly tasty), with some scrambled egg and chorizo on top.
Will have a nice decaf coffee and double cream in a bit.

Oven hot with Sumatra coffee from one of those one-cup Bialetti coffee brewers. Yes, I'll sprinkle some cinnamon on tomorrow :)

That doesn't sound like too shabby a breakfast to me. Much better than a bowl of cereal and milk, which is what many people have.

Don’t mind a continental type breakfast it’s been a while JR.
Just back,knocking up Clonakilty white/ black pudding with streaky bacon,fried eggs ,large spoonful of beans and a fried slice,washed down with a mug of Yorkshire tea two sugars.
No fucking fruit.

Cars blocked in by my eldest sons motor,
so going for a run over Thornton from Brentwood down to the 127 and back so not as planned.
Fancy a slice of fried bread on my return as it goes after..
Got the mother-in-law over for joint of Duke of York with homemade Jimmy Ruffiin and all the other bits n bobs for or half two.then watching the snooker final for the rest of the weekend.
Backed Murphy win a monkey if he wins.
