Woke watch
There is a very good section on GB news where the ludicrous idiocies of Wokeness are looked at

I thought we would should have one for WHO. I'll start with Baptiste on BBC: In Hungary,an ambassador's family are kidnapped by Islamic terrorists and carry out atrocities. At the end of the last episode Baptiste finds out that it is a false flag operation and conveniently, the real culprits are white supremacists who want to stop all immigration.

Coronation Street ITV a gay black footballer is stopped by the police, because he is driving an expensive car. He is pushed to the ground during an altercation, and damages his leg threatening his career. Could have been written by Dawn Butler or a BLM activist.

Pickle, isn't France one of the safest places in the world to live? Once they make it to the EU the desperation stops no? They are in the West? They've made it to safety?

Re: Woke watch
Your'e doing it again, you belive the crown have persecuted this bloke but have no evidence whatsoever to back that claim up.

Present some actual facts that support your view.

OK, so you’re not sure why the Crown isn’t taking advantage of a desperate man and a human tragedy.

No point discussing this with you then, is there.

Re: Woke watch
So there is no impartial evidence to suggest the bloke has beem wrongly jailed?

Not sure why the crown would want to take advantage of this bloke, the state as a whole has no interest in stopping these people entering the country illegally, bit late to start fitting up 'innocent' people.

Gentle reminder for you lot that H&P's finest moment on here was arguing that Roman Polanski's sentence for raping a child was too harsh, and that Hollywood had "good reason" to give him a standing ovation, and that the judge in the case was the real criminal.

Re: Woke watch
As far as I can tell, and correct me if you can say how I’m wrong, he is guilty of one thing: offering his services to commit an illegal act in exchange for a place on the vessel. The Crown’s manslaughter charge and the gained sentence is as much taking advantage of these desperate people as anything else, and this is what really concerns me.

SOH makes a good point, are these 'facts' actual or just the word of the killer?

Would they be his facts or the actual facts?

Re: Woke watch
The facts of the case, which the court heard, indicate he was acting under duress and was not personally responsible for the deaths; he had refused to pilot the boat when it was clear it was too small to safely carry that number of people but been beaten up and forced to do so by the people smugglers. The political circumstances indicate the Crown has made this a test case in some pathetic attempt to gain votes in an election year. Like I say - highly disturbing.

H&P
So you break the law and 4 people die. What should they do?

What should any country do with an illegal that because of his actions 4 are now dead.?

So he gets his own cell, big, fuck-off flat screen TV, DVD player, mobile phone, broadband internet access, cooking facilities and free access to distance learning programs such as the OU. I don't think he would see himself as actually being punished for his actions here, rewarded more like it.

Not only that, after about 18 months he'll be released on licence as he'll have been deemed as "no risk to society" and be free to do as he pleases, in the UK, for the rest of his natural.

The government should recreate an environment within the prison compound identical to where (they believe, if he won't say) he originally came from and let him enjoy life for the full term of his sentence as he would in his nation of birth; to do otherwise would be denying him of his roots.

the only thing insulting is that Ibrahima will spend those 9 years at the expense of the british tax payer.

stick him back in his boat and point him in the direction of his homeland.

An asylum seeker found guilty of manslaughter after four migrants on board his "unseaworthy" boat drowned will be detained for nine years and six months.

Campaigners are expected to protest the conviction at the Home Office on Friday evening, arguing it represents a "violent escalation in the persecution of migrants to 'Stop the Boats'".

Join protest or please be giving some monies fank you please

From looking at their website her new lawyers Birnberg Pierce are supporters of BLM

https://www.birnbergpeirce.co.uk/black-lives-matter-joint-statement-inquest-police-action-lawyers-group-ilg-steering-committee-united-friends-families-campaign-uffc/

They've also previously represented Ian Brady. I understand the concept of everyone being entitled to a defence but fuck me. Their founder was also instrumental in getting the death penalty abolished.

Her previous lawyer Angus McColluch fought against Abu Qatada's deportation and tried getting the Tamil Tigers removed from the list of terror groups.

Again, we all understand the concept of legal advocacy and a job is a job, but are these kinds of people really acting in the country's best interests?
