Arthur Masuaku - Ever to return?
Big fan of Arthur when he is plying in front of Cresswell, they make a dynamic combination down our left that we simply can not recreate with Fornals or Lanzini.

Hope he returns but has spent a long time out, playing in only 17 matches 19/20 season and just 12 last season.

He signed a contract extension on 2019 taking him to 2024 and ever since then has played less on average than Carroll!!

Can't find any news on his latest injury and just hope he is back in the frame soon.

Sorry but he is shit and shouldn’t be anywhere near the first team.

Re: Arthur Masuaku - Ever to return?
Can't exactly compare him with Carroll in terms of games played.

Sometimes Arthur has been fit but not first choice, whereas Carroll was rarely not first choice when fit.

Lee Trundle 4:07 Mon Aug 9

Flog him in one of the rare times he's fit, and replace him with Pervis Estupinan.

Re: Arthur Masuaku - Ever to return?
Better used when we play 3 at the back. He's had persistent issues with a knee injury. It's no uncommon when coming back from surgery to get set backs and niggles.
He has been training and playing U23. Not sure whether he is over the problem or if it persists. I know he played games in the past with an issue which won't have helped his performances.

Well he did have an op on his knee at the end of last season.
He played 45 minutes for the U23 team last week.
