When you're in poor form, a home game against Watford might be seen as just what you need. However, perform badly in this one and form, along with confidence, could take quite a hit.
At the back, I am including the hapless Diop only on the basis of rumours that Zouma is injured - we'll see. At least we should have both first choice full-backs restored to the starting lineup. It almost goes without saying that Rice and Soucek start in midfield.
I don't know why Lanzini wasn't in the squad at Kidderminster, but he should return. Not that there's all that much to choose between him and Vlasic, but Lanzini gets the nod. Not much to choose either between Fornals and Benrahma.
Even though Antonio hasn't pulled up any trees lately, we missed his strength and presence in the cup game so it'll be good to have him back.

Deals with the loss of Zouma by bringing Alese into a 3, avoids Masuaku, and avoids Vlasic needing to play.
So let's not forget it's Watford not Man City. We should do these regardless. Get the ball, take it to them.

With Johnson having to play left wing back, not Masuaku.
Shame, but Moyes insistence of not buying a centre back, left back a d striker is really starting to cost us.

Antonio on the bench - we might as well admit we don’t have a fully operational out-and-out striker as a starting option. If Vlasic down the middle doesn’t work, I’ll hold my hands up and accept he’s a dud.
