This isn't necessarily true. It all depends on how well a country's team does in the previous seasons Champions League. If it started next season then England and Netherlands would have one extra team each. Could easily be two other countries when it starts and will probably change year to year.

There will be 4 times more non champions than champions taking part,bit silly to call it the champions league.

Europa and Conference League to also be expanded. Probably means the entire top 10 get a European spot of some sort.

Only good thing was that they dropped that past European record nonsense so the likes of Man Utd could qualify even if they finished below the qualifying spots.
