From the mouth of our next PM. Aside from her promises to legislate against protesting and union rights, we now have further proof of her hatred for working class. Does anyone agree with her views? If so, where’s the evidence?

Work to rule may be a better option, no cover overtime loss of goodwill etc… maybe an enlightenment to the public how these utilities etc work

Your comment about the right to protesting as long as it doesn’t disrupt others’ lives is a bit naive. The right to withdraw your labour will be far more effective as a tool to protest if it IS disruptive. That’s the bloody point.

P&0 ferries not being prosecuted for sacking 80p staff and replacing them with lower paid lower skilled workers is all you need to know about this conservative government.
All in it for the greed and making profits.
Sets a precedent now for other companies to do the same and you watch it will happen regularly now. Fucking disgusting and another reason to never ever vote Tory again. For those of you that do, surely your resolve on that stance is changing somewhat.

I’d say that as the British Parliament has been in place since 1707 and the English Parliament since 1215 and with currently 650 MPs and 760 Lords all being paid handsomely to argue the toss back and forth all day like primary school children whilst primary school children are still going to be hungry - perhaps, just perhaps - they are fucking lazy!
That’s all politicians from all sides - and we are fucking lazy for buying into this bullshit for centuries.

You do realise you are still allowed to protest. You just can't do stupid things like glue yourself to tubes and roads, stop emergency services from attending emergencies, disrupting people's daily lives.

A party that will look after the working majority, fare wages and pensions, improve the nhs and education, renationalise our utilities, more affordable housing less landlords stop illegal immigrants with no identity deport all foreign criminals, is there one?

A fleet of wheelie bins could manage/lead the country far better than the Tories - and have a far more charismatic leader than them or the current official opposition.
So, who will replace them and what will their policies be? "Anyone but more Tories" is not an answer.

Thus my point: why the feck bother? Are YOU the arbiter of what’s interesting and what’s not? Of course this thread is not interesting to many. As you see from most posts, through, it’s interesting to some. What is more, my views on this topic have been challenged by views that were opposed to mine. Thanks to many posts, they’ve got me thinking more broadly about it. As for you, though, just deciding to spam threads YOU find boring is, as another poster said earlier, just plain childish.
