Forwarded tickets

Bloke who sits next to me has forwarded his Fulham ticket to me. Does anyone know how I get it? No sign of it on email or in my account? Also, assuming I do get it how do I use it?

Just for info it has now landed in my email account with an option to download to my wallet.

The system works! A bit slow but wouldn't be a problem if it hadn't been so last minute in the first place.

GOT IT!

Except it's stuck in my account and won't let me download it. No option to put it in my wallet. I give up.

Thanks for the support gentlemen. Still haven't got it and I'm off for a pre-match drink at 12:00 so it looks like it's going to be wasted. Shame.
