Why WHUFC?: One of my great grandfathers was an apprentice at the Hammers up until the outbreak of WWI when he joined the army and in so doing got a pay rise (and in due course was also awarded a DCM). My Nan was born in a house demolished years ago when the Boleyn Ground was extended. So let's just say in my bloodline "choice" does not exist as a concept when determining which team to support.

Occupation: when not p!$$!ng away my time on WHO, I'm an economist/ transport planner/ policy adviser/ business strategist (in other words, consultant in whatever anyone's fool enough to pay me to analyse and pontificate upon)

Employer: Independent Consultant (if you've seen many of my posts you'll understand that I probably don't fit corporate culture all that well). I work across Asia, but primarily in East Asia (hence the WHOname)
