The Burnley game is massive now, isn't it
After the capitulation against Chelsea with Nuno's negative, clown ville second half surrender monkey tactics, the Burnley game is pretty much last chance saloon IMO.
Lose it and we're as good as down. Win it (as we should) and we'll have a fighting chance. A draw is no good to us.

There is clearly an appetite for discussion on the upcoming match throughout the week leading up to it.I thought the same thing, no fucking match thread???Anyone can start any thread they choose. It doesnt have to be 'Stubbo'.
This is the "fucking match thread", so thanks to Come On You Irons.
I agree, but the grammar should be correct in the title of the thread; there is no? after isnt it

Read somewhere that the Palace director of football wanted Kilman but Steve Parish ruled it out
Not as stupid as his floppy hairstyle makes him look
We know teams around us will likely beat Burnley so we must
If we don’t we will need maybe 6 wins from 13 which after that debacle is very unlikely
Apart from losing to Wolves its games like Chelsea & the home games against Villa & Forest where we should have got something from and ended up with nothing that is killing us
We are right on the brink

To be fair, as much as I'd love us to find someone mad enough to take Kilman off our hands, it won't be happening, so if as I expect we end up paying him half of what he's on, he should (SHOULD) be one adequate in the Championship. We have to fucking hope so, because he'll still be here.

If I was the Maidenhead United manager I would pooh pooh that suggestion right out of the fucking door.

Re: The Burnley game is massive now, isn't it
Football365 (Man Utd Fan Forum) had an article on where our players will go when we get relegated (apparently clause of wages cut in half when it happens), the usual Bowen to Newcastle, Fernandes to City, Summerville to Spuds etc but the one that made me laugh was Kilman to Maidenhead United. I think that even they may be above his level.

Yeah that'll make all the difference. He'll be like a new signing.

Burnley will see us as a game they can win. They will sit back and let us have the ball imo unlike Spurs, Sunderland and even 50 mins against Chelsea. They will also know that we have no bench when our 2 forwards and others tire.

We beat Spurs and then Sunderlund, and were unlucky not to get something against Chelsea due to poor finishing
I think we will take Burnley to the cleaners

We have the superior players and are in better form, therefore I will not be at all surprised if we lose.

I think for his sake we need to keep him out of the side for the rest of the season then ship him out quietly to anyone for 50p and a pound of grapes.

If we happen to be winning at half time, can someone please lock Nuno in the toilet for the rest of the game
