Is it a Roma thing or a pikey thing to share the collective belief that arriving at a place without a whole load of money and a well-paid job should be something the police should be treating as a crime? The Police have been decimated. Training of Police to deal with Public Order incidents (you have levels 1, 2 and 3 with the highest being riot police) has reduced and there are usually too few response officers (999 responders) available at any one time - a small % of those will be riot police. With the possible exception of the Met, there are simply insufficient numbers of level 3 trained and equipped officers to be conjured up out of nowhere. The Romanians don't like to be associated with the Roma as they reckon they give them a bad press within the uk or any other country they are living in. A lot are from Slovakia also. The authorities were at one time offering to pay them to go home to stop them sleeping rough and causing all sorts or anti social behaviour.

"Lee Trundle That video show a Romanian Roma about to set fire to a bus being spoken with by another Romanian Roma. The Roma are the people from northern India who migrated across Europe several hundred years ago and ended up mainly in Romania, Czechia, Slovakia etc. They are ancestrally Indian so unless you engage with them regularly you won't know the difference between the Pakistanis and the Roma. They look a little different and often dress a little different. That bloke is Roma. He's not Pakistani and not Muslim. I know this because I was speaking to someone in the Police about this specific bloke. They know who it is and he will very shortly be nicked. The bloke in the light green shirt he's talking to is also Roma and was the bloke on social media who was explaining what had happened to the kids who then got taken into care. So, Roma don't need sunbeds to look darker. I hope that helps."
