FA Cup Draw - 3rd Round (Monday 8 December)

Is it really too much to ask for a home game against some third division team just once?
Not the usual away to a PL team shit that we normally get.

Why would anyone want an away game at a championship side?
I want a home tie against Macclesfield, Port Vale, Burton or Grimsby.

If we continue the old skool theme to the ties, Birmingham City would be a good draw. Preferably away.

Shittest side remaining at home please.
As usual, I am sure it'll either just flat out be one of the remaining big 4 or Villa, almost certainly another prem side, or some horrendous banana skin like Wrexham away.

Sod's law say we'll get drawn against Wolves.
Would absolutely take that.

If we are going down it would be nice to have a half decent run in the cup. Yes at some point you'll have to play a big team to win it but a couple more rounds with nice away daya for the fans would be good.
Despite my previous post, yea that is a very fair point. Having blank weekends is shit too.

I would love to draw shit, but if you get a home tie you can't really grumble. To win the thing you will have to beat the top sides anyway.

As I said on the cup thread. I'll take Norwich. Neither of us need it. Or want it. But as others have said. It be something like Liverpool. Arsenal. Or Manchester City away.!

Okay, is it too much to ask for another home game that isn't a PL team, or will we get the usual away at:
a) Anfield
b) Emirates
c) Etihad
Perhaps their system is all fucked because they can't send us to Old Trafford, for once

At least four clubs going out who are higher than us in the PL, two of them having beaten us in the league.
- Spurs v Villa
- Everton v Sunderland
- Newcastle v Bournemouth
- Man U v Brighton

Was never going to be with Arsenal and Liverpool playing on the previous Thursday .
Can see a few PL teams putting out weakened teams as most play on the Wednesday before.
Chelsea and Forest especially look vunerable, possibly Fulham and even ourselves.
Would be good if Sheff Wed beat Brentford helpkeep them alive.

I was at the game at their place when it got very scary regarding far too many fans in our section, luckily the old bill were proactive that day
I was sat in the upper tier main stand courtesy of a friend who worked for them at the time..
It did become concerning .
My overriding memory is the police horses crapping on the pitch and the the QPR shit sweepers on it double lively
