Poor old Goose quoting a Democrat economist. Just never learns. Yet more proof he’s a left wing loon who pretends he isn’t.

it's classic you being confronted with data and facts and ignoring them because they constantly prove you wrong.

Venezuela was a socialist hell.
Ukraine a cess pit of corruption.
Fuck 'em.And what the US? Impressive militarily but what about the people? Drug riddled, obscene murder rate, a prison population to rival small countries, literacy rates far below Europe, why would anyone be in a rush to be ruled by them? You'd be right at home though why not move mate?

what is so pathetic with these fake news brain washed liberals is that they’re all shit scared of Putin yet complain when Trump tries to protect the USA and Europes exposure to the Russian arctic front with taking over Greenland.
Quite a dilemma I’d say. Leave Greenland alone and remain exposed to attack by the big bad Putin or have the USA step in and shore things up once and for all. I can see how that’s so difficult to decide.
Remember now Do you really want to send your kids and Grandkids off to war to fight Russia? Or is Putin all of a sudden not so bad and should be given the benefit of the doubt over Greenland?
Russia are loving this, of course. USA breaking up NATO would really help strengthen their position in Ukraine. Plus, if the USA invaded another country, that is supposed to be their allies, they can hardly complain about Russia invading Ukraine. Of course, as you already know, Trump can already stick as many bases and troops in Greenland as he pleases, has always been the way. The USA had tons more troops there during the cold war. Hell, he can even sort out a deal, subject to international environmental rules, where he drills for minerals.
But a ranting dick head, like you, with his toungue firmly up a convicted felon and rapist's arse, quite clearly has no critical thinking ability.

goose wrote: ↑20 Jan 2026, 19:30 I think everyone has been very clear that he isn't having Greenland. To pursue the additional tariffs course will be political suicide for Trump. His party will get battered at the mid-terms and that'll be his term in office done and dusted.
If his concern is really security then that can easily be achieved without requiring control of Greenland.

It’ll be a carrot and economic pressure, then there is the Putin threat. It’s either Greenland or Ukraine, that’s for Europe to decide I suppose. But Ukraine and no USA support doesn’t look like a winner to me.
As for Liberals I think we all know how dangerous they are.
Ok, just at can I see where you're at, whether you think he will or he won't, what would you think of Trump if he did use military action to take Greenland?
