Get these points sooner rather than later as it won't get easier. 7 points with 2 wins at an absolute bare minimum.

He's not getting fired even if we are certs to go down. I don't think there's anyone who is an improvement that can or more importantly WILL realistically come in at this stage.

Bloke needs help from the owner. I'm not surprised he's reticent to make subs and when they come they are the way they are, because what we have to choose from off the bench is absolutely fucking dire. And just my opinion but before they scored the third, I felt we were looking the stronger and more likely team. The trouble is ALL our subs, whatever choice we make, weaken the team with the exception of Wilson, if he's on the bench and not already on the pitch. Almost whatever choice we make doesn't allow us a change in tactics other than to add another defender or central midfielders even if an attacker needs to come off. Most other teams have no drop off or an actual improvement/flexibility from the bench because they have more than eight or nine bona fide premier league quality players in their squads.

Leeds have Palace next (Saturday ) after they play on Thursday with Palace lsoing 2 players to Afcon.
Nuno is to blame for all this,he's had time to see who is good at the club but hasn't played them.
Instead his love in with Paqueta isn't working,his love in with terrible subs and tactics will send us down.

I don't think so. I think that what we have will mostly be relied upon to dig us out. I reckon we'll struggle to get anyone decent in the window now.

Because of Nuno's lack of urgency getting points on the board and approach to games, it will now effect what we do in the Jan window as the better players will not be interested in joining. So he's going to struggle to convince good enough player's to join with us right in the shit in the bottom 3. Ultimately, we’re just not a good side or squad. And that’s down to the owners, late-era Moyes, Lopetegui, Potter and now (coaching-wise) Nuno.

We’ve just been a poorly run club for too long and it’s catching up with us.

We fight on, of course. But, ultimately, if this side and ownership are relegated I don’t think I’ll be that surprised or pissed off. With the exception of Bowen and the kids who came through the ranks, I can’t say I feel any connection with this squad. Most of them are poor (yet very rich) mercenaries and it has been a while since we had a manager I liked.

Maybe a season or two in the Championship clears the dead wood and is the giant kick up the arsehole that this club clearly needs.

Hes doing ok, i dont want to change the manager. I think he has got the new summer signings performing.well.

i think he cares and not just here for money, but at the same time he must think to himself that he can only do so much with what he has available, none of it was his choosing. If i was in his position and we do get relegated, i wouldnt be beating myself up over it.

Yeah maybe, but they've won every game after their European ones... I thought we were OK today and maybe with a bit of confidence brought forward from the games we should have won and been braver in we would have been today, but yeah that's down to him..

Realistically, we’re not going to sack Nuno this season.

Once appointed, he was always going to get January’s transfer window to try to cut some deals and unpick the shit he inherited from arguably our worst ever manager (contender with Grant and Roeder).

Nuno hasn’t done well. I’ve never been a fan of his. But the squad he inherited was relegation fodder. He’s improved them slightly and, rightly, picked some of the kids. To ditch him before the summer would be nuts - any new manager would have all the teething issues he’s faced and no time to plan a transfer window.

I’m just not sure how much room for manoeuvre we have. Some of these massively underperforming players (Paqueta, Kilman, Fullkrug (when fit) etc - it’s a long list) have to start putting in far better performances. Too many have been very poor for a long time.

His treatment and handling of our main decent Striker is a piss take since arriving. Fancy chucking him on as an after thought near the end of the game with 9 minutes left chasing the game. He didn't even want to play him at all in the first 3 games in charge against Everton, Arsenal and Brentford. Clown management of him alone.

After that, we’ve got Fulham and then Brighton at home before the transfer window opens. It’s getting to the stage where we might need to win both of those home games. What are our chances?

If we’re cut adrift at the start of January, the quality of player who will want to join - even on loan - will be lower.

I was highly suspicious at the time of him coming in whether he was really motivated by the job or a lot more interested in the mega payday he'd get regardless of how he got on.
