Oddly enough there is a Thailand west ham group on facebook, they just posted this
Hello Simon, welcome to Thailand!
You may walk to a restaurant or pub around Khao San Road, which is located not far from Ratchadamnoen Road You’ll easily find places there that show live sports.
Have a great time and enjoy your holiday!

Thanks all.
You'll be blasted with 30 different really bad sound systems all trying to outdo each other.

Khoa San Road is backpacker country; you might find somewhere that way

I see from most map apps/Google Earth, that you're about 25 minutes (by road) from your hotel to the bars I mentioned. It's Bangkok. 45 minutes would be more realistic, but I'd give it an hour, at least. Probably advisable to get the hotel reception to organise a taxi if you go, and you may well find the staff at wherever you end up will do the same - if not, plenty of cabs/Tuk-Tuks on the streets around there.

Not been there for a while, Sukhumvit Soi 4 (Skytrain Nana station) has a couple of multi-screen Irish bars that may well have the game on. First one is, if I recall Finnegans, on the right about 100 yards from the junction with the main road.
Then there's a smaller one a bit further down on the left. Both do cracking breakfasts, if you're interested.
We used to frequent a pukka sports bar on Soi 4 run by a New Zealander, but he got forced out a few years ago and set up on one of the alleys off Soi 4, but I never tried to look for it last time I was there.
The Pickled Liver (was on Soi 13, but I think was moved on a little further out of town) will almost certainly put the game on if you ask.
There's also a multi-screen German Bar about 500 yards down soi 13 (opposite Soi 4, just before Hemmingways) that may well have the game on.
