West Ham Online

I’ve been trying to buy 4 tickets for the QPR game as my 2 Grandsons want to come. Unfortunately I can’t figure out out how you get through the selection process. 
I’ve got a client reference number and have selected 4 seats but I can’t see how I go beyond that stage.  
Any help would be gugely appreciated
