Ideas?

Quite possibly. Thanks.
It would have been a c&p onto here though, not that that is really relevant.
West Ham got stitched up on the whole thing/deal, whatever way you look at it. We certainly had a lot more class at the Boleyn, world or otherwise.

Found this, not sure if true.....
Land Registry records reveal that the land which contains the Boleyn Ground stadium was sold for £40 million on 15th July 2016. Originally West Ham sold the Boleyn Ground to the highest bidder, Galliard Homes for a reported £38m, the second highest bid was some way behind at £32m. It is likely to the official £40m figure refers to the amount Galliard sold the land on to Barratt London.

Anyone know for certain what the Boleyn Ground was sold for? I've read various amounts some which just include the ground sale but some with ground and land taken into account. One I saw suggested the ground was sold for £38 million. Max Kilman cost more than the Boleyn was worth?!
Zico, I know some people think that the club's auditors are in bed with Sullivan and the annual audited accounts are false (not that those people will repeat those allegations in public), but the annual accounts for 2017 disclosed that we sold the Boleyn Ground for £38.6 million, so you are spot on. That is the land and the stadium. Stadium of no use to a property developer, who has to flatten it, before they start building.
I seem to recall reading (on here, because I don't read any other football/West Ham sites) that it was a staged sale.
By that I mean is was sold by West Ham to an intermediary for £38.6 million then they sold it on to the property developer for an undisclosed sum (presumably because at that point, West Ham were no longer legally involved).

Senior figures in the police, who are in the pockets of people that Sulli is mates with? Am sure he'll be prosecuted eventually.
As for being prosecuted eventually, he's 76 ffs!
We can live in hope fella.
Welcome back, btw.

Senior figures within Essex police are fucking useless and are more interested in demonising local residents in Essex protesting migrants than doing their job.

Last week I heard something stupid about senior police officers having to declare if they are a mason or not.
Good luck with that one!
There's more chance of a troop of monkeys flying out of my arse. Having said that I do think the odds of that happening are far more generous if we're talking about Sullivan's arse.

Would suggest more associated with, than mates with. People like Sullivan don't really have mates. As for being prosecuted eventually, he's 76 ffs!

All of the below makes you wonder how this scumbag passed the Premier League's "fits and proper owner" test, but that's another joke.
Shouldn't that be "tits" not "fits"?

30 plus years in the football business, the opportunities that they themselves said would give the club a springboard following the ground move, and after all that there is the clubs current league position.
Coupled with these separate rumours, I’d say the disintegration of Sullivan is unraveling of it’s own accord.
The tragedy being he’s taking the club with him.

If you really want to destroy the man, dig into his past as a sex offender. Look for the women that he's abused and raped and build the case against him. They're out there, if you look hard enough.
***This is of course all alleged and unconfirmed, and at this point in time wholly unsubstantiated***
You'd think a West Ham supporting journalist employed by a national newspaper would have an interest in doing this, wouldn't you?

Lady Brady or some kind of honey trap are most likely to bring him down.
Waving red cards in the 15th minute won't do.

He seems to be doing that by himself.
Perhaps he's trying to scare all the other shareholders off so he gets total control when the government come to selling off the O/S, which they can't afford not to, leaving him with 100% control of a site that has massive redevelopment potential on account of it's world class transport links.

Noting a little riot wouldn’t sort out.
West Ham is like a mirror of the male population in this country. Neutered, broken down and no fight in the tank, which is why we’ve resorted to strolling in numbers, red cards and black balloons.
I’m not mocking Hammers United, but it’s not working.
The West Ham with bollocks and bite died. Millwall will be fun.

I've said this several times before, but I think the only way to get him and Brady out of their executive roles is to put pressure on Kretinsky and Gold's daughter, because they are the ONLY ones with the power to change who is in charge of the club.
They might not deserve harassment the way Sullivan and Brady do but as major shareholders they DO have a responsibility to see that the club is run the right way and they haven't been doing that.
Abuse is water off a duck's back to Sullivan and Brady. They can absorb all the pressure, as they've done countless times before, which means nothing will change if it's only directed at them.

“World class stadium, world class team”.
The trouble with everyone using this phrase against him is it means if he delivered this you would have been ok with the grubby tasteless cսnt running the club. I didn't want a world class stadium or a world class team. West Ham never had either of those things and I was happy supporting them.

Another advantage of going down is they'll have to change the description "well known premier league figure" to "well known championship figure". And then at least we'll know for sure.

Perhaps that's the answer then.
Although the fit and proper thing is rather weak and just considers multi club ownership, bankruptcy etc...should a light be shone on the Sullicunt via that action might be forthcoming.
How does that government petition thing work?
10k for a response, 100k for a debate in the house?
Surely we can get 100k Hammers to trigger a debate on whether a pornographer and alleged sex offender who loans large sums of momey to a gangster is a proper person to own a historic cultural institution.
