Burton is famous for beer because apparently the local water had the perfect minerals for the optimum brewing process.
The fact that Carling is still produced in the town makes a mockery of that statement. You take the best water yet still manage to churn out that shite?
Still, I bet the microbrewery scene is thriving around those parts
Burton Ales were not just brewed in Burton. As a teenager I loved a Burton Ale I think brewed in Essex.
Ind Coope wasn't it? In Romford?
They had the licence to brew the stuff.

Bit unfair if you've got magicians able to purchase tickets.
I love typing on a phone, it does a great job of making me appear as a dyslexic yokel. Or maybe I am.
Exactly the same here. You could probably pick apart most of my posts. Especially when the ridiculous 'autocorrect' kicks in sometimes. Player names are a cսnt
It’s true. Paqueta keeps being autocorrected to cսnt. Not sure why.

Sold out at 39 points. I missed out by thee, but a mage got two, so I’m going anyway.

I've just had a read about Burton. They've had some high profile managers in their time, including Nigel Clough, Roy McFarland, Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink, and syphilis ridden Paul Peschisolido, who got sacked after a SEVENTEEN match winless run.
Id love to see JOEY BARTON pile in on the Brady bunch....
(on his podcast )
Although thinking about it.....it could be a goer

Message in a West Ham WhatsApp group I’m in and there are 600 left after bond holders and away STHs got theirs, so it’ll sell out at 40+.
Do you think there's a ballot as that my only chance
There never is for grounds with limited allocations.

There's some great pubs near the station
Went there for a friendly against them years ago, and some bloke went through the turnstile and then asked if he could be let straight back out. I reckon he was trying to do the 92 grounds thing and had something to get to.

Burton.
I'm quite surprised that one or more of the local breweries have not set up an "Away Fans Zone" close to the ground.
OK, maybe "not surprised" are not the correct words, maybe they saw a marketing/selling opportunity but the fuddies on the local council poo-pooed the very though (of "outsiders" and all that money pouring into their obviously over-stuffed coffers).
You know when l said you only post utter bollocks

Got my train sorted once the date was confirmed. £26 return was too good to turn down considering Liverpool is nearly a ton just a couple of weeks after. I'll log on at 12 and see how quickly they start going. Bit odd that they have put Liverpool on sale at the same time.

1,630 is an excellent away allocation for a 6,900 capacity Stadium.

Can’t get a ticket? Simply turn up on mass and kick down what will surely be a rickety old fence or turn style and charge in ! Won’t be there myself you understand but good luck to all involved
Great shout fella.
This tactic appears to work for the bin dippers
