WHO Features....GIFs?

We've been rolling out some small formatting and style changes (e.g. the Topic icons on mobile are now a bit bigger). There's a few more of these to come..
One under discussion looking for feedback on is a panel to enable insertion of animated GIFS (similar to how you can search and add them in something like WhatsApp).
Let us know if this would be appreciated or not in the poll above:

Yeah sounds good. I do think Gank has a very good point though. It could get quite out of hand quite quickly.
However, I think everyone would be pleased with Bouncy Happy Grr making a triumphant return.

Probably depends if you're using a dial up modem....but wait times aside, the risk is of course like you say that instead of the odd humerous embellishment, some go overboard.
Having said that, some of the best of WHO can be that way...Manuel's Whoicide not so long ago was full of YouTube links to songs that said what was being thought in an amusing way.
It's why the debate about this....could be amusing. Could also be over the top and tedious.
