I don’t know if Piggy was depressed but I think we all felt a sense of what a waste his death was, and how we’d all go back and talk him out of it if we could. When you’re suicidal though, you can’t think straight. You don’t realise that you can change your life simply by changing the way you think. It’s not easy and it probably won’t happen quickly.
