I agree that it’s good to teach kids to be kind to confused friends. Unfortunately it always goes way beyond that. How do you explain to a kid that their friend is a girl that thinks she’s a boy or vive versa without explaining why? That’s where the fashion for wanting to be the same begins in one’s own child….
