Re: Tv Box sets thread again - recommendation pls
"I've just started watching the BBC drama 'Collateral' on Netflix. Watched the first episode last night. It's one of the best laugh out loud things I've seen, but I don't think it was intended that way. I'm going to leave the other episodes to the weekend, so I can play a drinking game. Nice big slurp of Malbec for every politically correct or virtue signalling trope. Female vicar with an illegal immigrant lesbian lover. Do-gooding, saintly local MP - Labour, naturally. Asylum seekers (genuine, of course) hiding in a lock-up garage and the female (natch) lead detective giving a stirring speech about how badly this country treats illegal immigrants. I have high hopes for more of the same in future episodes. You need a heart of stone not to laugh."

"Yeah I didn't mind UA at all, though then again I will pretty much watch anything to get me through my train journeys. Quite liked the bounty hunter type characters, worked well together and had no idea it was Mary J Blige until the missus told me."

"Finished the Versace series of American crime story last night. Liked the OJ one better though the basic story of this one is very interesting - killed by a spree killer. Since the guy killed himself and there was no trial, there was just a lot of filler and artistic license."

w4hammer 11:19 Fri Feb 22 I downloaded the whole thing from 1337x.unblocked.cx but you'll be able to stream it on sites like putlocker and Solarmoviez Only issue I had was the downloaded versions don't have subtitles encoded in so had to find some online for the Dothraki parts

"yes, I watched it. thought it was pretty good, no surprise big businesses/corporations are going to hijack the business via the ridiculous permits and taxes that will only hurt the private growers"
Re: Tv Box sets thread again - recommendation pls
"anyone watched"" murder mountain"" on Netflix?! Couple of episodes in- about northern california and the outlaw weed growers and the lawlessness that goes with it ( murder, sex trafficking etc etc) I thought now it was legal that it would be all clean however learning a lot....very well made documentary series....the standard of cinematography just gets better.."

"Endeavour is excellent, my favourite of the Morse / Lewis / Endeavour series.... prefer the 60’s period setting. Das Boot was outstanding. I will have to rewatch the original again but the new one was excellent. After being initially sceptical of the on land portion I think it worked well... second series on the way by all accounts."
