They were indeed TM. Their live album is so good and Zal Cleminson was a bloody good guitarist with a huge sound. I imagine Alex Harvey packed a lot of living into his 46 years.

When we supported the Groundhogs Tony McPhee button holed me at the bar and said we more than did it justice. Love the Pink Fairies too - What a bunch of sweeties is a cracking album."
