Yeah I completely agree with that, law needs to be blind to agendas and sides and it currently isnt, it does favour the left. doesn't change the fact what she said was incitement though

no doubt the little furry cսnt will be invited to do a BBC interview with Emily Maitlis to prove he was innocent of his grooming activities at the Palace... it's also rumoured, that he will appear on Question-Time soon, extolling the benefits for illegal-immigrants in the UK... honestly speaking, you really couldn't make this shit up.

Is this "Christmas shit" in the room with us right now? Tell us what it is about it that enrages you so?
I suspect it may well be, but it probably looks like decorations and a tree with some twinkly lights on it.

It's not even an original celebration - it was hijacked and supplanted the celebration of the Winter Solstice, which, at least was in praise of the approach of Spring and the ability to plant crops; a practical and useful calendar event.

If you're going to show "peace & good will to all men" (what about the women, don't they get any?), why not do so all year long, rather than on just one virtual signalling day in that year?

You want/need to have a fairy story dictate your life on a regular annual basis, crack on.

lets hope all the radical hate clerics don't find out that loophole.
It's also quite ridiculous how you liberal morons alway try to associate a housewife (?)  shitposting on twitter in the aftermath of 3 children being murdered to a radical hate cleric.
house wife, or hate cleric is completely irrelevant, and since you're all about following the law to the letter of course you know that don't you. I used the example because I knew you'd be a hypocrite about it. PS I'm not liberal, I'm just not a fucking cheerleader and a hypocrite when "my side" is in the wrong for once
Actually it's not irrelevant and would form a large part of the prosecution. The hate preacher would like have a large body of work to draw from when attempting to prove his intent and therefore make reasonable doubt a much higher threshold to achieve.

And you used it as an example because the intent is to use the example to demonize Connolly. It's very basic NLP, mention the words radical, hate etc in an attempt to subconsciously link them to her.

And if you're not a liberal then you must be a commie shitcunt.

Whether I have a problem with it is irrelevant. What's relevant, for the purpose of a criminal conviction, is the what is actually meant by the statement and the author's intentions.

"For all I care" is a very important part of the statement because it completely charges the the intent of everything that comes before and after.

This is primary school level language comprehension, so I see why you're struggling.

OK then, so if a musliim said

you wouldn't have a problem with it no?,

right right, adding "for all I care" at the end of an inflammatory sentence means you're not angry at all, lets hope all the radical hate clerics don't find out that loophole.

"for all I care" is very much used at the end of a statement declaring an outcome you would actually like to see, and if we're playing this game where you pretend to be My Thickie, she said it after the burning hotels things, but notably before the "and take all the politicians with you" so in your interpretation she cares for that part to happen at least then
It doesn't matter if she was angry, it doesn't matter if she'd have enjoyed watching it.

What matters is did she intend to encourage or incite people to do it beyond a reasonable doubt.

The very fact the meaning of the post can be argued creates a reasonable doubt.

As I said, leave it to the grown ups.

"for all I care" that right there disqualifies the statement as a encouragement. She's not telling people to do it, she's statement how she'd feel if it happened.

Lack of empathy is not a crime.

The only part of the statement that qualifies as an expression of a desired outcome is "mass deportations now".

I think you're being deliberately obtuse:

“Mass deportation now, set fire to all the fucking hotels full of the bastards for all I care, while you’re at it take the treacherous government and politicians with them" is not in the same ballpark as "go to hell", especially as people were quite willing to take the first statement at face value
