He don't give much of a fuck, just going through the motions with little care in the world coasting along whilst collecting his dough. You don't sense any urgency from him or really see him all that animated on the touchline. It was so jarring watching him on the touchline permanently arms folded, expressionless the way that he does compared to Silva or Emery recently. It's not a good look that feels you with any confidence this fella either knows what he's doing or just as importantly gives a fucking shit. He embodies the defeatist approach to how he manages the Team.

Get the Crackhead look..

You sometimes wonder if these managers are all that bothered about getting the sack, Nuno will have had a payoff at the spuds, then Forest, I would assume he’s on £100k a week so gets paid up in January that’s basically £5 million, he can probably go back to Portugal and live very comfortably for the rest of his life.

Sources have told talkSPORT some of the Hammers hierarchy have also been left perplexed by Nuno’s reluctance to start with a recognised striker in his team.

Penny finally dropped in the Boardroom then. The silly cunts been doing it ever since he arrived dicking around with Wilson, not just the 13th game of the usual shit.

Gary ONeill announced Wednesday 👍👍
🤭

That said, who else? Redknapp, Carrick, BFS?  🤣

Carrick is the romantic pick but still pretty inexperienced. O’Neill similar although sacked at Wolves after kerping them up but starting winless in 10 games, wins 2 then sacked.  Bit hasty imo as his Wolves side played decent football. Got sacked at Bournemouth not for results simply because he was catetaker and although kept them up too they already had Iraola identified.  In the shop we look for managers in GON or Carrick about as good as it gets although I recall everyone saying Nuno was the much better choice a few months back.

Bit like politics where politicians or political parties are great until they actually get into government.

There's no point sacking him now, we'll just end up with another shit manager with someone else's squad who will relegate us. They've either got to throw the kitchen sink at backing Nuno or start selling off the squad now in preparation for Championship football next season.

But as ever they'll do the halfway house option and either partially back Nuno but not enough to make a difference or bring in another manager and expect them to weave miracles out of this pathetic squad that is completely devoid of character.

After yesterday's disgraceful result, I would give Nuno one game to save his job. He should be sacked if we fail to beat Brighton on Tuesday.

If only we could keep Magassa, Fernandes and Diouf. I could feel a bit better but the young uns will be the ones in demand when we go down and will likely take the chance to “leave the sinking ship”. Factor in Sullivan salivating at the thought of 20 million for Magassa, 40 for Fernandes and 30 for Diouf. He will want cash fast to cover the £100 million hole in the accounts and then e the sale of Bowen and Paqueta to help offset the loss in value of the shareholders.  A modest budget for the Championship will be announced along with repeated mention of the losses and lack of PL TV revenues. A portion of the parachute payments will also be used to backfill the loss in shareholders values.  Loans will be  used as usual to finance any transfers and of vourse with interest back to shareholders.

Potts, Earthy will hopefully stay as they have roots and I guess Scarles too, Summerville too and Areola might hang around.  We then have to hope Max Hahn is not fired or will Sullivan’s cost cutting give the excuse to get rid? We need to stay on course with recruiting young, athletic, pacy players. Sullivan back in exclusive control of recruitment almost certainly wont do that

Gotta be honest I don't even think Guardiola or Klopp could sort this lot out.  Typical West Ham, have a half decent squad and then sell the best players and replace them with trash.  Happened so many times over the years but this time I don't think I can remember too many worse squads for pace, desire, energy, technical ability and defensive and attacking qualities.  Fabianski, Cresswell, Dawson, Ogbonna and Coufal would probably make a better back 5 than the current lot, even now, certainly desire and work rate wise.  I just don't see any passion for the shirt with most of this squad that's devoid of any leadership qualities along with a succession of dire managers that keep getting worse than the previous one!

Maybe we should just employ a young attacking, gung ho, go for it type of manager and hope that he helps us to stay up with a decent January window but I think even the die hards know that isn't going to happen.  It's a shambles and I just don't see a way out of it.

The only hope we have of staying up, is Di Canio.

It cannot be any worse, give him the rest of the season, it would be shit or bust, but the madness he would bring is the very last hope. It'd also be the only hope of getting that stadium some energy.

Won't happen obviously, and I've accepted our fate. We're done.

The pool of out of work managers is shallow in terms of quality and reduced to a puddle when thinking about who would work for Sullivan

Gary Oneill or Carrick

Roots you're deluded about Nuno making us better, how can 2 wins in 13 be good ?
Diuof has become worse and so has Bowen. Wilson scores twice then is taken of to rest him for the next game but he hasn't started since. Work that out,Genius.
We're virtually relegated now under him because he makes the same mistake again and again.
Subs are woeful, to late and the wrong player.

Nuno should go now, should walk because he hasn't done his homework. His last game at Forest should have taught him something. nothing noted about our players.

Get rid, Get in Silva,he's made Fulham safe and will be leaving in the summer.

Sullivan will stick with Nuno now. Save the pennies and avoid the pounds needed to get another manager who might demand a transfer budget

Might as well let Nuno take the bullets for relegation and appoint Carrick for the Championship.
