Based on nothing but gut feeling, I think he’s going to be a bit of a cult hero. I get the impression he’ll run himself into the ground. We have a fairly decent hit ratio with Argies. They always seem more up for the fight in this country than the Brazilian’s who think they can continue their beach style football over here.

Tevez couldn't speak a word of English and yet he single handedly "saved us from relegation"

Just seems a very odd signing. Hopefully I'm wrong but let's face it most of these type of signings have been a disaster.

Hopefully this bloke can be the exception to the rule.
Welcome to the shit show Taty, good luck you're gonna need it

Probably how we've hoodwinked them into signing for us.

Doesn't bode great though, does it. We're missing proper leaders, as we all know, and we've brought in 2 lads who barely speak the Queen's.

Given that the manager doesn't talk to the players anyway, that's not likely to be a significant handicap.

More than likely it's so we can spread out the payments in the accounts.

Five years. We never learn.
That said on this occasion we are desperate so maybe it was just what was needed, plus I hope to high heaven the guy can make a difference this season and then it'll probably have been worth it.

Good luck son, you'll fucking need it.
